REFUNDS and EXCHANGES
When you contact me we will discuss dimensions, sizes, usage, and care. All of my items are individually handmade, therefore each is unique. No two pieces will ever be exactly the same, although they will blend in style. I will do my best to match the items to the pictures and your needs but there will be variations. If you are not completely happy with an item received, please get in touch.
If you would like to return an item that is not suitable, please let me know. Unless an item is faulty, return shipping is your responsibility. If any item is returned not in a resalable condition a refund will not be issued so please package it carefully. I recommend insuring the parcel.
I want you to be entirely happy with your porcelain. I will do my utmost to make sure you are 100% happy with your experience of buying my work. Please contact me with any issues and I will do my best to rectify it if I can.
